Agencies and service providers
Give clients a common entry point for connected campaign and service updates.
ATLICH™ CLIENT · CLIENT VISIBILITY
Give clients a dedicated portal for the campaign and service activity available to them. Keep updates connected to the working records instead of rebuilding the same status report repeatedly.

WHAT IT IS
Client is the client-facing portal in ATLICH™. It presents a view of connected campaigns, ticket activity and recent calls for the client membership assigned to the signed-in user. Access is managed separately from simply creating a user account.
WHY IT MATTERS
Clients need a useful view of their work, while internal teams need to control what is shared. A dedicated portal creates a consistent place to check the relevant activity. It can support review conversations without opening the entire internal workspace to the client.
WHO IT IS FOR
Start with the part of the work your team needs to organise.
Give clients a common entry point for connected campaign and service updates.
Use the same activity context when preparing a client review.
Review the campaign, support and call information available to their account.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Explore the tools that support this workflow. Availability follows your workspace, role and configuration.
Clients enter the portal through their account and the client access associated with it.
Review linked campaign information, including available lead, calling, conversion and pipeline figures.
See the available ticket summary and recent requests with their status and priority.
Review available call information such as the campaign, status, disposition, duration and time.
Portal access is tied to client membership. The information shown follows the client connected to that membership.
Bring the relevant operational updates together so a client review can start with a shared picture of the work.
HOW IT WORKS
Use a clear sequence, keep the information current and review the work with the people responsible for it.
Go to ClientThe workspace team sets up the client relationship and the appropriate access.
The client signs in and completes the applicable access or activation flow.
Explore connected campaigns, ticket summaries and recent calls within the client view.
Use the information to ask questions and agree next steps with the service or account team.
AN EXAMPLE IN PRACTICE
An agency connects a client to the relevant campaign work and grants portal access. Before a review meeting, the client can inspect the available campaign figures, recent calls and support requests. The account manager uses that same context to discuss progress, clarify issues and agree the next action.
The review starts from a shared view of the relevant work.
No. The portal requires sign-in and client membership or the appropriate activation flow.
No. The workspace team must arrange the relevant client access. A user account and a client membership are separate requirements.
The portal includes the available linked campaign snapshots, support summaries and recent call activity for that client.
The portal is designed to scope information to the user’s assigned client membership. Workspace administrators should review access assignments carefully.
